Hudson County Affordable Housing Initiative & Affordable Housing Task Force

Under the leadership of Craig Guy, Hudson County is advancing a transformational affordable housing initiative designed to unlock the potential of publicly owned land and deliver meaningful housing opportunities for working families, seniors, and residents with limited resources. At a time of rising costs and growing demand, County Executive Guy has made clear that expanding housing affordability is central to the County’s long-term economic strength and community stability. Hudson County is positioning these sites to create vibrant mixed-income communities that will serve residents for generations to come.
