SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
Hudson County Board of County Commissioners
Tuesday, June 9, 2026 – 6:00 p.m.
In accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, notice is hereby given that the Hudson County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Chamber located at the Administration Building Annex, 1st Floor, 567 Pavonia Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07306.
The purpose of this Special Meeting is to hold Public Hearings on the following:
I.Resolution to exceed the County Tax Levy limits and to establish a Cap Bank
as per N.J.S.A. 40A:4-45.14; and
II.2026 Hudson County Budget.
Formal action on these items may be taken after the above-mentioned hearings.
Copies of this notice have been posted on the Commissioners’ Bulletin Board, 1st Floor, Administration Building Annex, 567 Pavonia Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey, on the Commissioners’ website, in the Office of the Hudson County Clerk, and online for public notice.
