AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 200, ARTICLE 16 OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE PROVIDING FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A “NO RIGHT TURN” SIGN FROM THE WESTBOUND 32ND STREET TO EASTBOUND 30TH STREET/ SOUTH MARGINAL HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF UNION CITY
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of Commissioners of the County of Hudson, State of New Jersey, as follows:
ARTICLE 16 UNION CITY
1. No person shall make a right turn at any location listed:
INTERSECTION
32ND Street at 30th St/South Marginal Hwy
HOURS AND DAYS

RIGHT TURN PROHIBITION
From westbound 32nd Street to eastbound 30th Street/South Marginal Highway
2. Proper regulatory signs shall be erected and maintained to affect the above-designed area as set forth in the current Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways and maintained thereafter.
3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon approval by the Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Transportation after the installation of signs and final passage, as required by law.
