AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 200, ARTICLE 27 OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE TO ESTABLISH TRAFFIC CALMING DEVICES ON
JOHN F. KENNEDY BOULEVARD AND SIP AVENUE IN JERSEY CITY
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of Commissioners of the County of Hudson as follows:
1.Chapter 200 of the Hudson County Administrative Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
ARTICLE 27 – Traffic Calming Devices

2.Do Not Block Intersection Signs and Markings shall be installed at the locations designated and in accordance with Manual Uniform Traffic Control Devices to control vehicular congestion on the roadway.
3.That the ordinance shall take effect after the installation of the Do Not Block Intersection Signs and pavement Markings and final passage, as required by law.
