RESCINDING ORDINANCE NO. 125-2-2021 AND ELIMINATING THE RESERVED RESTRICTED PARKING SPACE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AT AT 2801 JF KENNEDY BOULEVARD, CITY OF JERSEY CITY, NEW JERSEY, FOR SEMEON M. KRUKOVSKY
WHEREAS, by virtue of Ordinance No. 125-2-2021 and pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 200 Article 8.11 of the Hudson County Administrative Code, a reserved handicap parking space was established at the following location:
2801 JF Kennedy Boulevard, City of Jersey City, New Jersey from a point 64 feet north of the northerly curb line of Sip Avenue and extending 22 feet north therefrom.
WHEREAS, the County Engineer’s office has been advised that this reserved restricted parking space is no longer necessary since the original applicant has passed away.
NOW, THEREFORM, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Hudson, as follows:
1. The reserved handicap parking space established by Ordinance No. 125-2-2021 at 2801 JF Kennedy Boulevard in the City of Jersey City is by this Ordinance revoked and otherwise rescinded.
2. This Ordinance shall take effect after the removal of signs and final passage, as provided by law.
