Description
From a point of 159 feet south of the southerly Curbline of 11th Street and extending 22 feet south therefrom
2. No other vehicle except that with plate number indicated above shall be permitted to occupy said location at all times, and in the event the grantee of the subject parking space obtains a license plate number other than the one recognized herein, he shall provide proof of such new registration to the County Engineer who, upon his satisfaction of the proof provided, shall be authorized to amend the permit granted herein and to amend any signs erected pursuant to this Ordinance.
3. Proper regulatory signs shall be erected and maintained to effect the above designated area as set in current “Manuel on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways” and maintained thereafter.
4. The penalty of violation of this ordinance shall be provided in Chapter 200 and/or New Jersey State Statues, whichever are applicable.
5. This ordinance shall take effect after the installation of signs and final passage, as required by law.
