CHANGING THE DATES OF THE SCHEDULED CAUCUS MEETING OF TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2026, AND THE SCHEDULED REGULAR MEETING OF THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 2026, OF THE HUDSON COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Hudson, in the State of New Jersey, that:
1. The date of the scheduled Caucus Meeting of Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 4:30 p.m., is hereby changed to Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 4:30 p.m., and the date of the scheduled Regular Meeting of Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. is hereby changed to Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. The meetings shall take place in the Commissioners’ Chamber, 567 Pavonia Avenue, 1st Floor, Jersey City, New Jersey 07306.
2. The Clerk of this Board shall disseminate notice of this resolution pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act of the State of New Jersey.
3. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
