SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
Hudson County Board of County Commissioners

In accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, notice is hereby given that the Hudson County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., at the Administration Building Annex, 1st Floor, 567 Pavonia Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey.
The purpose of this Special Meeting is to consider the following:
1.A resolution on the Heating and Cooling Plant Replacement for the Honorable William J. Brennan Hudson County Courthouse, Project No. 3389 – (Engineering) – Hall Construction Company, Inc. – contract shall not exceed $33,693,000.00.
2.A resolution authorizing a donation of funds to All County Youth Football, Inc. A 501(c)(3) Organization on behalf of the Hudson County Youth Football League to offset the costs association with supplying referees for Recreational Activities for the Children of Hudson County.
Formal action may be taken.
Copies of this notice have been posted on the Commissioners’ Bulletin Board, 1st Floor, Administration Building Annex, 567 Pavonia Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey, on the Commissioners’ website, in the Office of the Hudson County Clerk, and online for public notice.
