Jersey City-The Hudson County Board of Freeholders approved the County of Hudson to accept $87,136 from the New Jersey Department of Human Services, Division of Aging Services in order to provide needed services to seniors in Hudson County

The purpose of the program is to provide certified home health aides to seniors in need.

The following program providers will provide the needed health care aide services to residents of Hudson County.

Armas Home Care, $29,045, Priority Nursing Services, $29,045, and Visiting Homemaker Services, $29,046, Total $87,136.

The program is from July 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021.

Chairman Anthony Vainieri and the Board of Chosen Freeholders are committed to providing a comprehensive and coordinated system of support services for the senior citizens of Hudson County.   These community based agencies will ensure that all county senior residents are provided with the best available support services.
