2026 Meeting Dates, Agendas and Minutes

RESOLUTION RESCHEDULING MAY 5, 2026 CAUCUS MEETING AND MAY 7, 2026 REGULAR MEETING; AND MAY 19, 2026 CAUCUS MEETING AND MAY 21, 2026 REGULAR MEETING OF THE HUDSON COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

 BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Hudson in the State of New Jersey, that:

1.  The date of the scheduled Caucus Meeting of May 5, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. has been rescheduled for May 12, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. and the Regular Meeting of May 7, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. has been rescheduled for May 14, 2026 at 4:30 p.m.

2.  The date of the scheduled Caucus Meeting of May 19, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. has been rescheduled for May 27, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. and the Regular Meeting of May 21, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. has been rescheduled for May 28, 2026 at 4:30 p.m.

3.  The Clerk of this Board shall disseminate notice of this resolution pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Law of the State of New Jersey.

4.  This resolution shall take effect immediately.

Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 480-8-2018 pertaining to Public Participation at Meetings of the Board of County Commissioners:

Public Participation at Meetings

Requests to address the Board on any subject matter not on the agenda shall be submitted in writing to the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, via email or regular mail, by the later of  (1) the end of the immediately preceding caucus meeting or (2) 12 Noon on the day of the meeting.

Hudson County Commissioners’ Meeting: Constituent Request to Speak Form

Requests to address the Hudson County Board of Commissioners must be submitted no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the meeting.
