Hudson County- The Hudson County Board of Freeholders authorizes the acceptance of an additional $40,340 from the New Jersey Department of Health & Human Services Youth Services Commission.
The Grant is administered through the County of Hudson and it is awarded to provide services that increase employability skills. The services will also expand awareness and access to educational and work readiness opportunities and employment. These services will be provided to Hudson County Juveniles who are at risk and or involved with the family court system. It permits county government to support a broad range of activities pertaining to all sorts of issues.
The term of the grant will run from June 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020.
Freeholder Chairman Anthony Vainieri and the Hudson County Board of Freeholders are committed to providing the necessary resources to assist providers that serve juveniles that are at risk or involved within the family court system.
