She holds a Master of Public Administration and brings a systems-based approach to addressing social challenges impacting under-resourced communities.

In 2020, Ms. Williams founded Caring Capable Hands Inc. (CCH), a Jersey City-based nonprofit organization providing community-centered services to youth, young adults, and families.
