The Hudson County Board of Freeholders allocated an additional $241,430 for social services programs in Hudson County. These programs will provide a multitude of services to needy individuals.
The contract will be for the term of January 1, 2019 December 31, 2019.
These funds are to provide continued services, emergency assistance by means of shelter, food, prevention, case management, intensive case management, rental assistance, mortgage assistance, utility assistance, security deposits, and homeless hotline operations to needy individuals and families in Hudson County.
Freeholder Chairman Anthony Vainieri and the members of the Board of Freeholders are committed to providing the necessary resources needed to assist the needy and homeless residents in Hudson County.
