Jersey City-The Hudson County Board of Freeholders approved the County of Hudson to award an Educational Services Contract with “We are one New Jersey INC” for $278,777.
The Department of Family Services had identified the need for an educational program to connect immigrant populations and working families with comprehensive civic and educational services, obtain wage and hour advocacy, job skills training and citizenship information in a culturally sensitive environment. .
The program will run from October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021.
Chairman Anthony Vainieri, the Board of Chosen Freeholders and the County of Hudson are committed to providing needed support services, referral services, and prevention services to connect with immigrant residents and working families of Hudson County.
