Jersey City-The Hudson County Board of Freeholders approved the State of New Jersey Department of Human Services to reallocate $52,875 to the Emergency Solutions Grant Program in order for them to provide various programs and services to the homeless in Hudson County.
The purpose of this grant is to provide emergency assistance by means of shelter, food, prevention, and case management to needy individuals in Hudson County.
