PRE-QUALIFICATION REGULATIONS AND QUESTIONNAIRE FOR THE HEATING AND COOLING PLANT REPLACEMENT FOR THE HONORABLE WILLIAM J. BRENNAN HUDSON COUNTY COURTHOUSE, JERSEY CITY, NJ
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, is hereby given that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-25, the HUDSON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS shall, on October 23, 2025, at 4:30 p.m., hold a hearing on the adoption of public contracting Pre-qualification Regulations and Questionnaire which will apply to the anticipated bid for the Heating And Cooling Plant Replacement For The Honorable William J. Brennan Hudson County Courthouse, Jersey City, N.J.
The purpose of the public hearing shall be to provide an opportunity for the public to ask any questions or be heard regarding the proposed Pre-qualification Regulations and Questionnaire.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
The Honorable William J. Brennan Hudson County Courthouse, is located in Jersey City, New Jersey. The Courthouse is listed in the New Jersey Register of Historic Places. All work done on this project must conform to the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties (revised 1995). The County of Hudson is seeking to pre-qualify general contractors prior to the bidding of the Heating And Cooling Plant Replacement. Construction bids for the work will be requested from pre-qualified contractors.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT, the Board of Commissioners may take action by way of Resolution after the public hearing portion on the proposed Bidders Pre-Qualification Regulations at the October 23, 2025, meeting.
