About the Division of Tax Assessments

The Division of Tax Assessments is administratively part of the Department of Finance & Administration; however, the County Board of Taxation maintains legal supervision and oversight of this Division. The County Tax Administrator is the head of this Division and is supervised by the County Tax Board.

Assessment Records Search

This system is maintained by the Office of Records Management, a Division of the Hudson County Clerk’s Office. Hudson County is committed to providing superior public service by granting free electronic access to records declared to be “permanent and public” by the New Jersey Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services (DORES) – Records Management Services (RMS).
