AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 200, ARTICLE 8.10 OF THE
ADMINISTRATIVE CODE TO REGULATE PARKING AT THE
EAST SIDE OF CENTRAL AVENUE AND
WEST SIDE OF OAKLAND AVENUE
IN THE CITY OF JERSEY CITY
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of Commissioners of the County of Hudson, as follows:
1. Chapter 200 of the Hudson County Administrative Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
ARTICLE 8.10 – Restricted Parking On Street
JERSEY CITY
Name of Street: Central Avenue
Side: East
Location: From Newark Avenue to Hoboken Avenue (For marked police and official vehicles only)
Name of Street: Oakland Avenue
Side: West
Location: From Newark Avenue to Rt. 139 (For marked police and official vehicles only)
2. This ordinance shall take effect after the installation of signs and final passage, in the manner and time as required by Law.
