*CADIDATES PHYSICAL FITNESS PREPARATION COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Our program is designed to assist participants in properly meeting the physical demands of police training prior to entering a police academy. Involvement in the course should provide candidates with an opportunity to determine where they may be deficient, as well as to address those deficiencies. Preparing in advance should provide a better chance for success during the physical fitness portion of training ( Please see form for list of dates, Start time, and required Documents and submission deadline)

*PRE- ACADEMY PHYSICAL FITNESS DATES AND REQUIREMENTS.

The Pre-Academy PT initial assessment for the July 18th, 2024 Class will be held on WEDNESDAY, MAY 15th 2024 start time will be 0800 hours. The location of the assessment will take place at the Lincoln Park Track located in Jersey City. The Reassessment will be held on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 5th 2024 at the same location and start time. I have attached the forms will need to be returned to the academy by the agency no later than May 8th, 2024: ( Please the attached forms).
