PURPOSE: The County of Hudson is seeking funding through the State of NJ Green Acres Program for improvements at J.J. Braddock Park located at 9003 Bergenline Avenue near the intersection of Bergenline Avenue and JFK Boulevard East in North Bergen, NJ 07047.
PROJECT SCOPE: The County of Hudson proposes to create the following new facilities at J.J. Braddock Park: installation of paved picnic area with new picnic tables and grill tables. A concept plan showing the proposed changes, a preliminary cost estimate, and an environmental impact assessment can be found at: https://www.hcnj.us/hcparks/greenacres/.
PUBLIC HEARING INFORMATION: The public is encouraged to attend a public hearing to learn more about the proposal and to ask questions or provide comments on the proposed plan on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at 6:00pm.* The meeting will be held in-person at the County Commissioners’ Chamber at 567 Pavonia Avenue, 1st Floor, Jersey City, New Jersey 07306.
