DISCLAIMER: Pursuant to P.L. 2025, c.022, the County of Hudson has begun a phased implementation of a centralized online legal notices portal to enhance transparency, accessibility, and compliance with New Jersey public notice requirements.  During this transition period, from August 1, 2025 through March 1, 2026, legal notices will continue to be published in official newspapers of record as required by law.  Until March 1, 2026, this website serves as a supplementary resource and may not yet reflect the complete list of all required public notices.  Users are encouraged to consult both this portal and the official newspapers to ensure full and accurate notice coverage.  While every effort is made to ensure that legal notices posted online are accurate and timely, the County is not responsible for any inadvertent errors, omissions, or delays in online postings.  The official date of notice will be determined by the first date of publication in accordance with applicable statutes, not the website posting date.  The portal currently includes notices issued by Hudson County departments and boards.  Notices from independent agencies or entities not directly under County control are available by clicking the link below.  For questions about specific notices, users should contact the originating department or agency directly.
